Scott Benton MP, the Member of Parliament for Blackpool South, has agreed to take part in a sponsored charity skydive on the 17th September.
His skydive is in aid of Headway, a local charity that supports brain injury survivors, their families and carers, in and around Blackpool Wyre & Fylde.
Mr Benton said:
This September I will be overcoming my fear of heights and jumping from 15,000 feet!
I will be doing this for the brilliant charity, Headway Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde
This is a charity that is passionate about helping and supporting local people who have an acquired brain injury.
I’m not a great fan of heights! But hopefully this will help to raise some funds for the great work Headway do in Blackpool with local families.
Please donate anything you can as it all adds up and help support this local charity; that assists brain injury survivors and their families.
